In this “most corrupt state” of Illinois, David B. Goroff has nothing to fear from the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) of the Supreme Court of Illinois, because this regulatory agency seems to protect unscrupulous lawyers rather than the citizens of Illinois from unscrupulous lawyers (see Claudia R. Silva).

Goroff needs to be elected for “The Shakespearean Solution” to add this honor to his 2008 and 2009 inclusion of Illinois Super Lawyers® lists (which must be a collection of unscrupulous lawyers) and his 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010 naming as Illinois “Leading Lawyer” by the Leading Lawyers Network.
